1. Requesting a Cancellation

2. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Cancellations are allowed only for bookings that have not yet been processed or picked up.
- If the pick-up team is already en route, cancellations may not be accepted.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
- If you’ve made any advance payments, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirming the cancellation, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
4. No-Show or Delay by the Customer
- If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the scheduled pick-up time, our team will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this period, the pick-up will be marked as a no-show, and the booking will be canceled.
- A no-show fee may apply for repeat incidents.
5. Cancellation by BhangarBuddy
- BhangarBuddy reserves the right to cancel a pick-up due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Safety concerns for the pick-up team.
- Incorrect or incomplete booking details.
- Unavailability of recycling materials as per the agreed criteria.
- In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, if applicable, reschedule at your convenience.
6. Changes to the Policy
- This cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and updates. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
